Coaching, Consultancy & Support

1-1 Coaching

Autism Community Network can offer coaching for neurodiverse or high anxiety individuals, either run alongside our 12 Step Anxiety Program content or based on individual needs.

We offer a safe, non judgemental opportunity to explore strategies, challenges and build resilience alongside a coach with considerable lived experience and professional experience of neurodiversity.

Introductory sessions are 30 minutes for free to see if you are a good fit with your coach, and whether you both feel that continuing with sessions would be useful.

Future sessions will be charged at £85 per session and can be booked as blocks of 4 or on a one off basis.

Consultancy for Organisations

At Autism Community Network, we provide expert consultancy services to help organisations become more inclusive, accessible, and supportive for neurodiverse individuals.

Our team offers tailored advice and training on best practices in reasonable adjustments, communication strategies, and neurodiversity-friendly policies.

This is always guided by team of our experts with lived experience.

We have previously worked with the Spaghetti Bridge Schools, DeNovo Care, the Learn@Mat Academy Trust, Somerset Libraries and several other organisations across Somerset, supporting the implementation of simple but effective changes to increase their accessibility.

1

Environmental Audits

Our team are able to make suggestions regarding environmental changes to reduce anxiety for neurodiverse individuals. This may include carrying out a sensory audit of the space, implementing clear visual navigation guides, or other simple changes that can make a space more accessible.

2

Supporting Student Needs

We are able to review and assist in the development of Behaviour Support Plans and One Page Profiles, review Education Health Care Plans, and carry out individual sensory audits for young people with sensory challenges.

3

Reasonable Adjustments

Our team can help educate and suggest reasonable adjustments to improve the wellbeing of everyone using your service. For example, this may include the use of visual timetabling, promoting routines, discovering exit strategies and developing easy read resources and promotional materials.
