Job Coaching
Autism Somerset offers 1-to-1 bespoke job coaching services for people looking to get into employment. For those eligible, we also support individuals through the Access to Work process, enabling them to receive the financial support they need to get into employment.
Through this service, we can offer support with CV writing, finding job roles, navigating the recruitment process, and identifying reasonable adjustments you may need in the workplace.
