Our Training
Our trainings are all designed with our key values at the forefront, and aim to foster curiosity, adaptability and motivation for change. With over 25 years experience in the field of neurodiversity, we combine tried and tested strategies with interactive delivery methods and up to date research.

We deliver regular trainings within the community for free whenever we are able to find funding, and can also tailor our training packages to suit organisations, schools or to meet your requirements. If you are interested in the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training across the country please

Navigating Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Our 'Navigating Neurodiversity in the Workplace' course empowers employers, HR managers, colleagues, and organisations to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment where every employee can thrive.
Through practical strategies and increased awareness, this course helps organisations understand neurodiversity, implement positive changes, and strengthen workplace culture. You’ll gain insights into both the unique strengths and challenges neurodiverse individuals face, while also learning about important legal frameworks like the Equality Act 2010 to clarify your responsibilities and employee rights.

The course also covers how to make effective and reasonable adjustments throughout the hiring process and in daily work practices, contributing to a more accessible and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

The 12-Step Anxiety Program

In 2018, we developed the 12 Step Anxiety Recovery Program - a program of psychosocial education using adapted CBT principles that aims to provide strategies to develop resilience and learn how anxiety can work for you, rather than against you.

The program has been successfully adapted for young people, individuals with neurodiversity, parents/ carers of anxious children, and professionals working in mental health.

You do not have to be neurodiverse to attend the 12 Step, however it can be successfully adapted for neurodiversity.
