Clinical Supervision

We offer BPS accredited clinical supervision for organisations and professionals working with autistic people, meeting the three core principles of intention, implementation and impact.

Our Director, Allison Ward, is available for clinical supervision sessions on a one off or regular basis, having completed the BPS Approved Certificate in Clinical Supervision and SDS Accreditation in Clinical Supervision Level 1.

Supervision provides a open space to focus on professional development and wellbeing. Whilst originally reserved for those working in healthcare professions, research suggests supervision is invaluable for teachers (Bencherab & Maskari, 2020) and social care (Stanley, 2018)
